Sometimes a sat nav doesn’t always get you to us as the postcode in covers a large area and can send you to the wrong place and then people get lost.
Please follow the directions below and we have also placed signs in strategic places to help you find us. However please leave enough time especially during holiday times as the road gets busy because of traffic for the River Dart Country Park.

Coming from Plymouth Exeter, Newton Abbot direction
From Tavistock, Princetown etc
Come along the A38 to the slip road that says Ashburton, Pear Tree, Princetown. From Exeter etc Go over the bridge past Pear Tree garage and carry on towards Holne. Plymouth 1st left after the bridge over the A38 at Buckfastleigh right towards Pear Tree Garage and head to Holne

(1.) From the A38 go past The River Dart Country Park, over Holne Bridge and up the hill to a fork in the road. Take the left-hand fork and...

(2.) ...you will go past Chase Gate Farm on your left. The road bends towards Holne, DO NOT go around that bend. There is a small road, left turn on the bend going up through some woodland. At the top there is a grass triangle with a big oak tree in the middle. Turn right before the triangle (there is a parking area along one side). There is a farm lane right opposite You can either park there and walk across the road to a farm lane. Farm house one side and farm yard on the other. Go down that lane and we are the second gate on the left, you will see our caravan in there. We have space for a few cars in our yard.

Head across the moor to Ashburton. Through Poundsgate and follow until you reach New Bridge. Come over the bridge and take the first turning to the right towards Holne then follow as in 2 above.
Please do not park in the lane as the farmer always needs access as do our neighbours down the lane.
